Guidelines to new Child carer's
We meet all the Childcarers on face-to face interviews.
Our interviews are managed by the team of West End Nannies.
By joining us you are joining a big network of Nanny Agencies and your details can easily be forwarded to different branch in case you move or want to work in different area of London.
If you want to work as a Full-Time Nanny you will need to have relevant Child care qualifications or at least 2 years Sole-charge Nanny experience.
Au Pairing is not considered as Nanny Experience.
We recommend previous Au Pairs to apply to work as Mothers Help of After School Nanny where the requirements are lower. It may be hard to compete with Childcarers who are qualified, have First Aid Certificate and plenty of experience as Sole-care Nanny.
