Notting Hill Nanny Agency is a subsidiary branch of West End Nannies Ltd.
The Notting Hill Branch is run by Sarah Tighe-Jordan who has experience in Child Development and Childcare herself and understands the needs of families and the difficulties they can face when searching for suitable childcare.
 
Sarah and her team have high expectations of their potential Child carers. They expect them to have a suitable qualification or to have relevant work experience.

How we operate

We understand how time consuming it can be to search for someone who fits your expectations when caring for your child. 

Our team operates with your child's needs and safety in mind at all times.  Therefore our Recruiters are always experienced childcare professionals.
Chosen candidates are subjected to a rigorous interview process.
Candidates are always interviewed face-to-face and our recruiters keep our branch managers up to date on the progress of all candidates.
If we are satisfied with the candidate, we will proceed. 

It is important to us that we match our Clients and Candidates well and do so in a professional manner. 

To avoid any unnecessary time being wasted it is a policy that we always ask our candidates before putting them forward for a position to ensure their interest.
Once we do put them forward for a position our consultants will keep updating our files with any comments or feedback during the process until an outcome has been reached.
